G:BOX Chemi (Chemi Imager)

For your complex fluorescence imaging and chemiluminescence imaging, Syngene has designed the high performance G:BOX range. The G:BOX can be configured with a choice of high resolution cooled 16-bit cameras, as well as different lighting and filter options making it excellent for your rapid DNA/RNA imaging, as well as chemiluminescence imaging.

Precise chemiluminescence imaging
You can use the G:BOX for precise chemiluminescence imaging using reagents such as ECL, CDP Star or others to accurately detect your protein expression.

Rapid DNA, RNA and protein gel imaging
For fluorescence imaging of DNA/RNA gels, you can use a G:BOX to visualise all commercially available DNA/RNA and protein gel stains.

Easy multiplex western blot imaging
You can fit specific Syngene band pass filters and our exclusive LED lighting modules into a G:BOX. When the LED lighting module is plugged in, the GeneSys software automatically selects the optimum combination of lighting and filters available, making imaging all commercial fluorescent western stains a simple task.

Accurate automated analysis
To automate the imaging of chemiluminescent blots, fluorescent gels and coloured western blots you have to capture one or multiple images of the blot or gel, a task which is easy with Syngene’s GeneSys software. You can analyse the images with Syngene’s GeneTools software which separates bands or spots and analyses them to automatically provide precise results in seconds.

G:BOX mini is a compact, multi-application imaging system for accurately imaging fluorescence and visible gels, multiplexed fluorescence westerns, stain-free gels and chemiluminescent blots.
